Can I change my ticket date?

Yes, when you make a booking, you will immediately receive a confirmation and e-ticket. Your e-ticket contains the contact email address and phone number of the trekking tour you have booked. Simply send your preferred dates via email no later than 48 hours before departure, and the change will be made at no additional cost (subject to availability).

Can I cancel my ticket?

Yes, you can cancel your ticket, but cancellation policies apply. All bookings cancelled more than 2 weeks from the date of travel will receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 72 hours but more than 24 hours from the date of travel will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received less than 24 hours from the date of travel will not receive a refund.
